PURPOSE:To improve the melting kneading performance of a resin including color dispersion and enhance the equalization of plasticization by a comparatively short screw, and to prevent even defects such as a silver streak, retention burning, etc. CONSTITUTION:A sub-flight 12 is erected from the its midway of the compression zone B of a screw 10 composed of a feed zone A, the compression zone B and a metering zone C. The sub-flight 12 is joined with the rear surface of a main flight 11 preceding in one winding at approximately the terminal of the metering zone C. A melt channel 14 begins from the its midway of the compression zone B, and the depth of the melt channel is formed in the same depth as that of the metering zone C extending over approximately the whole region while laying stress on kneading properties. |
