PURPOSE:To assure the stability of passengers, by providing an attitude angle change mechanism in a suspension fixing section, by correcting the forwardly inclined body of a vehicle to be horizontal in stopping its movement and by applying a braking force to the rear of the vehicle body by remaining strength. CONSTITUTION:The change mechanism 4 is provided at a leaf spring fixation part 5a of a rear suspension 2a and interlocked with a stop mechanism 6 to prevent the pressurization of a cylinder depending on stop pressure on front wheels 7b but pressurize the cylinder at the time of the elimination of the stop pressure. Namely, the pressurization of the cylinder of the change mechanism 4 is prevented by the axtion of the stop mechanism 6 caused by the quick stop operation of the vehicle to move sown the rear of the vehicle body by the same length as the moving-down of the front of the body. Therefore, the vehicle body is made horizontal and braking pressure is uniformly applied to all wheels. The body is kept horizontal to the moving-down elastic limit of a front suspension 2b. A large part of the moving- down pressure thereafter acts on the rear suspension 2a, which has remaining strength, to tilt the body rearward. A large part of the braking pressure is applied to the rear wheels 7a to suppress the swing of the rear of the vehicle body. |
