摘要 <p>PURPOSE:To regenerate a catalyst stably activated by bringing the catalyst composed of Pa and Bi, Se, Sb or the like supported by an activated charcoal with acetic acid or molecular oxygen after deteriorated in the activation due to use. CONSTITUTION:A catalyst composed of Pa and one or more kinds of Bi, Se, Sb, Te and the like supported by an activated charcoal into contact with acetic acid and molecular oxygen after deteriorated in the activation. For example, a catalyst composed of 0.1 to 20% by weight and in total, 0.01 to 10g atom of one or more kinds of Bi, Se, Sb, Te and the like in terms of Pa per 1g atom supported by an activated charcoal is brought into contact with acetic acid and molecular oxygen at the room temperature to 200 deg. (preferably, from the room temperature to 150 deg.C) under the normal pressure to 100 atm. for more than one hours for regeneration after deteriorated in the activation.</p>
