<p>PURPOSE:To make poisonous gas harmless by an exact and rapid treatment in which gas and absorption liquid are mixed by driving the absorption liquid necessary for removing poisonous gas by utilizing the pressure energy of gas stored in a high pressure gas facility and also operating safety valve. CONSTITUTION:The poisonous gas of the high-pressure gas facility 1 starts to blow when its pressure becomes higher than the set pressure of the safety valve, and the blow-off poisonous gas from the valve 2 is reduced its pressure and reaches the ejector 4 while blowing out the gas staying in the releasing tube 3. And, the suction chamber 4b becomes negative pressure by the gas spouting from the driving nozzle 4a of the ejector 4 and thereby the liquid in the absorption liquid tank 6 is sucked up through the suction tube 5. When the poisonous gas reaches the ejector 4 and then absorbed in the absorption liquid with the aid of the diffuser 4c, the total volume of gas phase and liquid phase is reduced, whereby the negative pressure of the suction chamber is increased and the gas absorbing capability of the absorption liquid is increased. Thus, the exact and rapid detoxicating treatment of poisonous gas can be attained.</p> |
