<p>PURPOSE:To enable to control the tape tension almost at a constant value, by changing the spring force activating the arm with the operation of the operating member. CONSTITUTION:When the radius of tape winding is increased, the force Q exerted on the arm 2 with the tape tension t is reduced, and thus, even if the radius of tape winding is changed, the tape tension t is almost constant. When the operating member 11 is moved to the direction of arrow, the spring 9 is stretched via the lever 7 to increase the activating force. Also, in this case, the tension t can be maintained constant substantially independently of the change in the tape winding radius. Thus, the change in the valve of spring activating the arm allows the tape tension to desired value almost constant with a simple constitution.</p> |
