Container system for lorry - has lifting frame and slider operated clamps for manipulating containers

The container lorry is loaded and unloaded under a simple frame (5) which lifts the load after special sliders on the chassis are moved to release the securing catches. The sliders are operated by simple servo rams with a two way control. The frame can be assembled in small areas and relieves the lorry of any self loading hoists. The frame is assembled from simple sections while the load retaining clamps hook into slots in the load support bases.
