<p>A device for marking up animal skins prior to cutting them into strips for fur coats consists of a frame to which two hinged limbs of L-shaped cross-section are joined through a slider in such a way that the angle between them can be adjusted. Each limb has two elongated slots in which an L-shaped element can be angularly adjusted. The protruding flanges of the limbs and elements form the marking faces. This saves the time consuming manual marking up, requiring a skilled operator, and reduces the cost for the finished prod.</p> |
