<p>IMPROVEMENTS IN CERAMIC TILE; A ceramic tile for interior walls and ceilings comprising a glazed body with a glazed spacing lug on at least two edges of the tile and terminating short of the corners to enable the same tile to be used as a field tile or as an edging tile. The glazed spacing tile may be provided on all four sides of the tile or it may be provided on two adjacent sides with a spacer lug adjacent one corner of the other two sides and a shorter lug adjacent the other corners of the other two sides.</p>
