PURPOSE:To eliminate the malfunction caused by the noise for the time-division type information transmission device by giving decision to the received synchronous signals with the synchronous signal cycle. CONSTITUTION:When gate 2 is open, the signals supplied through terminal 8 are supplied to timing circuit 3 and sequence setting circuit 5 through gate 2. Thus, circuit 3 closes gate 2 and at the same time starts counting the clock signals given from reference signal generator circuit 4. And gate 2 is opened when the counting of circuit 3 reaches the fixed value. This fixed counting period is set a little shorter than the synchronous signal's cycle. On the other hand, circuit 5 starts counting for the clock signals given from circuit 4 and opens gate 7 when the counting reaches the transmission sequence set by the transmitter. Thus, the data signals of data signal production circuit 6 synchronizing with the clock signals are transmitted to other receiver from terminal 9 via the signal line.
