<p>The automatic cut-off rapid coupling is for conduits carrying gas or fluid, and involves a muff with an insert, both with valves. The muff-side valve has a static part and a movable valve piece lengthways, the latter being sealed against the muff interior by at least one sealing ring. The static valve part is sealed against the movable valve piece interior by at least one sealing ring, when the valve piece is advanced to a closure position by a spring. On a distance ring and a coupling insert driver surfaces are formed, by means of which, when the insert is introduced, the distance ring is activated into a position, in which-by contact of the sealing ring of the movable valve piece - the latter is secured in position.</p> |
