PURPOSE:To prevent the self-excited whirling of a liquid balancer device, by suficiently enlarging the resistance of a liquid, which forms unbalnce, to a surface wave. CONSTITUTION:This liquid balancer device is constituted by a hollow ringed bag body 13 consisting of a film in elastic rubber, etc., a liquid 14 filled into the bag body 13 and ringed solid wall 15, which has not an airtight property for holding the bag body 13. The liquid 14 freely changes its form even if there is the film by said composition and displays the effect of a liquid balancer, but the generation of a surface wave by the liquid 14 is inhibited because the liquid 14 is restricted by means of an extended film 13' in place of a nonrestraint free surface to self-excited whirling, thus preventing self-excited whirling. |
