PURPOSE:To prepare a program at a desired time and to prevent the operation rate of a real machine from deteriorating by executing direct teaching off-line regardless of the operation of the real machine, and obtaining an operating system in which teaching is easy. CONSTITUTION:An off-line teaching machine is equipped with orthogonal three axes X, Y and Z for a three dimensional action and two rotation axes A and B for a posture control conforming to the real machine (not shown in a figure). First a teaching needle 15 is irradiates from the tip of a head member 13. Next, the axes X, Y, Z, A and B are operated so that the beams LB are arranged in parallel with a normal direction with respect to a teaching point P of a profile 21 of a material to be worked. Then, by operating the axes X, Y and Z, the beams LB are made to correspond to the normal direction. A working edge driving circuit 23b is operated by a switch operation, a focus F of the beams BL is made to correspond to the point P, a point value is fetched to a point memory circuit 23a, and a processing is advanced to a next stage. |
