PURPOSE:The title composition capable of removing quickly even oil changed in quality adhered to a ventilating fan, etc., consisting of a specific alkanolamine, polyoxyalkylene mono(or di) lower alkyl ether as a water-soluble solvent and a surfactant. CONSTITUTION:A composition consisting of A) 0.5-30 wt.% of one or more alkanolamines (e.g., diethanolamine) shown by the formula I (both m and n are 1-3), B) 0.5-30 wt.% of polyoxyalkylene mono (or di) lower alkyl other shown by the formula II (R and R' are H, methyl, or ethyl, but not H simultaneously; x+y are 3.0-10.0, and 0.0<=y<=0.25x) as a water-soluble solvent, and C) 0.1-20 wt.% of one or more surfactants (preferably an 8-22C long-chain alkylbenzenesulfonate) as essential ingredients. |
