PURPOSE:To prevent holding walls from falling down or collapsing by pilling up an upper stage block and a lower stage block so that they can bind each other and connecting several blocks with earth tie members. CONSTITUTION:Blocks 11 having the same shape and dimensions are piled up so as to be placed on those in lower stage, connecting members 21 are disposed in between two blocks 11 adjacent to each other in any stages, and respective earth tie members 17 extending into the earth are connected to the connecting members 21. In this way, the blocks 11 are completely fixed preventing themselves from falling down or collapsing even in case of higher holding walls since the overall bodies are fixed completely to the earth. |
