<p>Straight and arcuate members define an aperture through which a weft yarn is carried by a jet stream of pressurized air. The leading end of the arcuate member closely approaches the straight member to form an exit slot through which the weft yarn is permitted to pass on exit of the same. A flat spring member is arranged to extend from the arcuate member toward the straight member to close the exit slot and is provided with a screen which fluidly seals the space between the flat spring member and the arcuate member.</p> |
