PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of an electrically conductive roll of low hardness, with small dispersion in electrical resistance and inexpensive. SOLUTION: (A) liquid rubber, (B) microcapsules including a foaming agent in their wall films made of thermoplastic resin and (C) an electrically conductive agent are prepared as essential forming materials of a base rubber layer 2 formed on an outer peripheral surface of a shaft body 1, they are cast in a mold 6 setting the shaft body 1, hollow bodies 4 are made from (B) by heating them and foaming the foaming agent in (B), (A) is bridged, and after dispersing and forming the hollow bodies 4 in the base rubber layer 2, an electrically conductive roll is manufactured by releasing it from the mold. |
