PURPOSE:To secure the impedance matching over a wide range by forming a cut part at the corner part of the strip line and the inner conductor of the coaxial line each. CONSTITUTION:The cut part is formed at inner conductor 4 of circular coaxial line 1 and the connective terminal part of strip line 5 each. With cut of line 5, capacity C4 and C6 are reduced with increment of inductance L3; while L1 increase with decrement of C4 and C5 with cut of conductor 4 respectively. The cut-off frequency at the junction part can be increased up to the level near the cut-off frequency of the coaxial line by reducing capacity C. Thus, the good matching characteristics can be obtained. |
