PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heating and pressing device usable at high temperature and capable of applying uniform pressure to a work, and a pressure equalizing member capable of applying the uniform pressure to the work. SOLUTION: This heating and pressing device comprises first and second pressing members capable of pressing the work by the holding pressure by these members by allowing at least one of them to be movable toward the other, the pressure equalizing member which is interposed between the first and second pressing members, filled with metals to be melted at minimum 200 deg.C, and has a thin film formed on a surface facing the work, and a heater for heating the work, the pressing member and the pressure equalizing member.
