At the same time angiogenine content in ready-to-use product corresponds to 12.5 mg/l. Protein fraction is isolated out of either whole or fat-free milk, subcheesy or curdled whey, ultrafiltrate of either whole or fat-free milk, ultrafiltrate of either subcheesy or curdled whey, colostrum or lately drawn milk.
