Isoquinolines (I; R1 = H, lower alkyl, alkanoyl, alkoxycarbonyl ; R2 = 1 - oxydothiomorpholino; R3 = H, F, C1, Br, Me, CH3O, nitro), inhibiting thrombocyte aggregation, were prepd. by the oxidation of I (R2 = thiomorpholino) with H2O2 in acetic anhydride, by the alkylation or acylation of product I(R1 = H), by hydrolysis of I(R1 = acyl) to I(R1 = H), and by reduction of I(R3 = nitro) to diazonium to give isoquinolines.
