发明名称 METHOD OF MOUNTING BEARING ALLOY TO BEARING SURFACE
摘要 PURPOSE: To make bearing alloy mountable onto a bearing surface simply in a short time by heating/melting a flux coat formed on the bearing surface of a base material, progressively displacing this molten flux layer by moving liquid white metal and cooling it. CONSTITUTION: The coat of flux is formed on a recessed bearing surface 11 on the upper surface of a base material 10. The base material 10 with this flux coat provided is arranged inside an oven 12, the flux is heated and melted by the irradiation of a heater 13. In a state that this molten flux is confined in the coat layer on the bearing surface 11, the bearing alloy of the molten white metal is locally poured from a ladle 14 into this molten layer. As a result, the molten flux layer covering the bearing surface 11 is progressively displaced with the liquid white metal moving in a liquid flow or by a centrifugal force. Then, the outer surface of the base material 10 is cooled by bathing with a water contained coolant form an annular main pipe 16. Consequently, a prescribed directional solidification is performed on the white metal towards an exposed surface from the joined boundary with the bearing surface 11, thereby the bearing alloy of the white metal is mounted on the bearing surface 11.
