<p>PURPOSE:To permit effective measures by automatically judging a pulse-defunct state for the case where there is only one phase-defunct failure permitting the continuous operation of generator and also for the case where there is a more than two phases-defunct failure making the continuous operation of generator impossible. CONSTITUTION:The square wave generator circuits 8 to 18 from which output is sent out for a certain hour through the output terminal C only when input is applied concurrently to the input terminals A and B, the OR circuits 29 to 33, and the nonpulse detector circuits 34 and 36 are provided. The square wave generator circuits 8 to 13 and the nonpulse detector circuit 34 detect the one phase defection of gate control pulse, and also the squate wave generator circuits 14 to 18, the OR circuits 29 to 33, and the nonpulse detector circuit 36 detect the more than two phases defection of gate control pulse. Thus, it is possbile to clearly distinguish the only one phase-defunct failure of gate control pulse for the thyristor rectififer from the more than two phases-defunct failure automatically, making the performance of effective measures possible.</p> |
