A digital broadcasting receiving apparatus is provided to reduce or remove adjacent channel interference without changing the coefficient of an FIR(Finite Impulse Response) filter even when an in-band frequency used for digital broadcasting is varied. A digital broadcasting receiving apparatus includes a tuner(10), an A/D converter(20), a phase splitter(30), a multiplier(40), a re-sampler(50), and an interference removal unit(100). The tuner tunes the frequency of a specific channel. The A/D converter converts an analog signal tuned by the tuner into a digital signal. The phase splitter splits the digital signal into an in-phase component and a quadrature component. The multiplier converts a passband I/Q signal output from the phase splitter into a baseband I/Q signal and synchronizes frequency offset. The re-sampler samples the I/Q signal output from the multiplier at a predetermined frequency. The interference removal unit reduces or removes adjacent channel interference of a signal output from the re-sampler.
