A system and a method for providing a question on the Internet are provided to make a user get enough solving ability by providing various questions collected on the Internet and made in the system according to a difficulty level, and providing the questions having a higher difficulty level when a correct answer ratio of the user satisfies a predetermined level. A service server(120) provides questions collected from homepages(110) or generated in a system to a user terminal(140), downloads answers from the user terminal through the internet(150), marks the downloaded answers, and transmits a marking result to the user terminal. The user terminal downloads the questions arranged according to an arrangement rule including a course/range of study and a question level by connecting to the service server, and transmits the answer of the downloaded questions to the server. A database server(130) stores the problems of the server. The service server provides the questions having a higher difficulty level when a correct answer ratio of the downloaded problems satisfies a predetermined level. |
