PURPOSE:To increase the degree of integration, by taking the construction that the cell output terminal adjacent via the wiring region is not existed on the same wiring line, in the semiconductor device of master slice system regularly arranged for a limited type of cells. CONSTITUTION:In the semiconductor device of master slice system, limited types of cells 1 are regularly arranged, and the exclusived wiring region 10 being the connection conductor is formed among the cells. With this constitution, either one of the cells 1 adjacent each other via the wiring region 10 is inverted so that the output terminals 0 are not positioned on the wiring lattice. Or, if no inversion is made, the cells 1 adjacent each other are moved parallelly and no terminal 0 is located on the same wiring lattice. Further, it can be replaced for the terminal location of the cell 1 in cell manufacturing. Thus, the wiring region can be made small and the device is made to small size. |
