PURPOSE:To make it possible to constitute arbitrarily a desired logical operation circuit by arranging circuit elements constituting the logical operation circuit individually and perfoming wirings among these circuit elements selectively as required. CONSTITUTION:Plural circuit element groups such as tri-state element TS, totem pole element (or pull-up resistance element) TP, gate element G and inverter element INV are formed on a wafer or a chip and are connected selectively to constitute an arbitrary logical operation circuit. For example, a totem pole output circuit is constituted by connecting G, TP and INV and taking out the output from the connection intermediate point between TP and INV, and an open collector output circuit is constituted by connecting G and INV and taking out the output from INV. Thus, logical operation circuits can be constituted arbitrarily, and a wide-range design is possible. |
