The switching station has several cubicle frames made of sectional bars. At least one insert can be built into a frame, with a plate on which switches and control units are mounted. Each insert is vertically built into a cubicle, and has side walls perpendicular to the plate. Each wall has a shoe resting when mounted on two opposite bars in the frame, so that each insert can be inserted into the cubicle frame.
