<p>The compressed-air generator is for supplying an air bubble bath, and is of half-egg shape with a collar beaded over. The half-egg portion is part of the motor housing, while the other part is a cup-shaped housing inserted from inside against the collar and joined to it. A groove between the half-egg portion and the bead has a perforated base, and accommodates a perforated baffle, with filter material between baffle and groove base. Inside and above the motor housing, which has perforations in its sloping surfaces, are one or more sound-absorbent cowls, the cylindrical chambers so formed being filled with open-pored noise-absorbent material.</p> |
