摘要 PURPOSE:To quantitatively catch the control performance of whole system, by gathering the data of the object material, whose product accuracy is evaluated for a specified period or for a specified number of materials, and by relating these items with each other for evaluating the overall accuracy. CONSTITUTION:In the computer control system for the hot rolling mill, the rolling data of the material are gathered and totalized by the process control computer 1, according to the classification for each item of thickness, breadth, finishing temperature and coiling temperature, taking the lot consisting of the identical material, produce size and the product standard, for every unit length for measuring the data, as the unit of totalization. Next, the totalized value for unit lot is summed up by the arithmetic blocks 31-34 for summing up the lot, continuing for a specified period. Further, the degrees of summed achievement for the thickness, breadth, finishing temperature and coiling temperature are related with each other, and the performance of the system is evaluated by the overall accuracy arithmetic block 40 using the influence (contributiveness 60) to be given to the product accuracy by each of items.
