<p>PURPOSE:To eliminate occurrance of corners for residuing air at the top of a residual pressure valve by providing the residual pressure valve urged by a spring different from a piston return spring within a sleeve. CONSTITUTION:The return spring 14 of a piston 13 is supported at one end to a retainer 15 provided at the left end of the piston and at the other to the step 17 of the sleeve 16. A valve body 20 containing a one-way valve 19 is contained within an axial through hole 18 of the sleeve 16 to allow communication from the hole 18 with an outlet port 21 only. A spring 28 is provided independently from the return spring 14 between the valve body 20 and the retainer 22 secured to the right portion of the hole 18 to allow the valve body shoulder 24 to sealingly engage with the shoulder 25 of the sleeve 16 by the tension of the spring 28 to thus form a residual pressure valve 26. A passage 27 is provided at the top of the sleeve 16 to radially outwardly expand to eliminate occurrance of corners at the top of the valve 26 for residuing air in the hydraulic chamber 12.</p> |
