A language learning apparatus and method using Internet war games are provided to allow a user to acquire vocabularies interestingly through Internet war games so as to improve vocabulary capability. A language learning apparatus using Internet war games includes a game server(300) providing a war game for learning vocabulary through an Internet site, game user terminals(110,120) used by game users, and a vocabulary data server(400) for extracting and registering vocabulary information to be used for the war game, transmitting the registered vocabulary information to the game user terminal and comparing vocabulary meaning with previously registered vocabulary meaning to determine whether a game character acts. |
