PURPOSE:To obtain the demagnetizing effect with good efficiency, by winding the demagnetizing coil on the external circumference plane of the funnel of glass package so that the center axis can be tilted to the center axis of the magnetic shield. CONSTITUTION:In the funnel of the glass package 10, the magnetic shield 11 made of the ferromagnetic material is sealed, and the shadow mask 12 is arranged to the external package 10 so that the magnetic shield 11 and the mask 12 are magnetically coupled. The demagnetizing coil 13 is wound at the external circumference of the funnel of the external package 10 so that the center axis of it can be tilted to that of the magnetic shield 11. Thus, the demagnetizing effect with good efficiency can be obtained. |
