PREPARATION OF HOLE MACHINING NC DATA

PURPOSE:To add and change the optional form and working procedure as the types of holes and to attain the easy input of the optional hole machining data by displaying an interactive screen in response to the hole type to specify the size of the hole form, the using tools, etc., when a registered hole type is designated. CONSTITUTION:An optional hole form pattern HPT and its working procedure are interactively specified and registered in a hole type file FLD as one hole type. In case this registered hole type is designated production of the hole machining NC data, an interactive screen is displayed in response to said hole type. Then the using tools are specified for each size of the hole form, each working process. In other words, an automatic programming part 11 and an NC control part 12 consist of microcomputers and contain a processors CPU, the control program memories ROM and RAMs respectively. The RAM of the part 11 stores a hole type file FLD and a tool file FLT. Thus the addition change is possible for the hole types and the working procedures.
