Isoquinoline or their derivs. (I ; R1 = H, alkyl, alkanoyl, alkoxy, aikoxycarbonyl, R2 = mor ! pholino, thio morphlino, l-oxidothiomorpholine, R3 = H, halogen, methyl, methoxy, nitro) were prepd. by treating isoquinoline compds. (II; Z = halogen) with anhyd, piperazine (III; R1 = H, alkyl, alkanoyl, alkoxycarbonyl) in org. solvent (DMSO, phosphoric acid-tris-dimethylamide, diphenylether, dioxane) at 100≦̸C-250≦̸C. I inhibited thrombocyte aggregation in the thrombocyte stickiness test by 18 and 33% resp.
