A wireless seatbelt monitoring system is disclosed. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the wireless seatbelt monitoring system comprises: at least one transmitter transmitting a signal with respect to coupling between a buckle and a clip, wherein the buckle and the clip of a seatbelt are coupled; and a receiver detecting a signal transmitted from the transmitter to output coupling of the seatbelt. The receiver can detect a signal transmitted from the transmitter only when a vehicle speed recognized in the transmitter or the receiver is faster than a predetermined speed.
