PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an AD converter capable of performing AD conversion of multiple sequences of analog signals without burdening a CPU, and capable of performing AD conversion with different time resolutions, depending on the difference of the type or the nature of analog signals of these multiple sequences.SOLUTION: Control signal transmission means 206 transmitting a control signal for periodically repeating an operation of one conversion period consisting of a plurality of time slots, and specifying one analog signal performing analog digital conversion for each time slot in that time slot is provided, and an analog signal selected based on that control signal is converted into digital signal. Conversion results are stored in storage means 205 which can read collectively from an external processing apparatus. When the conversion processing in the last time slot of one conversion period has ended, the external processing apparatus is notified of the fact that the processing of one conversion period has ended.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2 |
