FIELD: medicine.SUBSTANCE: methods involve herniotomy, separating and opening a hernial sac, inspection of its content, performing abdominal stage of operation, closing abdominal cavity, dissecting anterior flaps of rectus sheathes, cross-linking medial flaps together by continuous suture, sewing in new endoprosthesis between lateral flaps of rectus sheathes. In partial repeat shell hernial sac containing previously installed endoprosthesis is anchored to hernia portal and not containing it is excised. New synthetic prosthesis is sewed between lateral flaps of rectus sheathes. At full repeat shell hernial sac containing previously installed endoprosthesis is cut out, remaining part of shell is sutured with uninterrupted suture edge-to-edge. New synthetic prosthesis is sewed between lateral flaps of rectus sheathes. When false repeat access to hernial bag is performed by dissecting a previously installed endoprosthesis, abdominal cavity is closed, suturing stored shell of hernial sac. Edges of previously installed endoprosthesis are sutured together with uninterrupted suture after suturing new synthetic prosthetic implant so that new synthetic endoprosthesis is placed under previously installed.EFFECT: group of inventions relates to herniology for treating versions of recurrent postoperative ventral hernia.3 cl, 3 ex |
