PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To safely and easily guide and support a small-sized moving/delivery device such as a baby carriage and a wheelchair.SOLUTION: An optimal passage derivation part 13 refers to passage information stored in a passage information DB 31, such as map information and obstacle information representing positions of obstacles, to derive an optimal passage from a current position to a destination for avoiding obstacles. A guide information derivation part 14 derives, on the basis of a current place and a neighborhood situation of the small-sized moving/delivery device 20 detected by a proximity sensor 23, guidance information for the small-sized moving/delivery device 20 to safely pass along the optimal passage without coming into contact with respective types of objects in an area therearound. A guidance control part 15 controls a propulsion control part 24 on the basis of the guidance information so as to guide the small-sized moving/delivery device 20.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
