In a tube fastener with a binding wire, both ends are made or a spring steel wire and wound in coil form. A supporting plate and a pressing plate are brought close together and separated alternately, thereby tightening and loosening the steel wire. The pressing plate is capable of tightening the binding effect of the steel wire to a stronger degree d- ue t c its reaction force.
