A demodulator applicable to the demodulation of polyphase voltages with n phases interfering with one another and constituting n systems of polyphase voltages amplitude modulated at a frequency epsilon , to obtain a polyphase output of frequency epsilon , comprises: a) n armatures e.g. as shown three, 11, 12, 13 with n phases fed by n systems of polyphase voltages amplitude modulated at a frequency epsilon , b) n rotor elements 21, 22, 23 each comprising magnetic circuits consisting of a low-loss magnetic material and capable of transmitting an alternating magnetic flux without damping, and c) coils 31, 32, 33 associated with the n rotors to produce an n-phase output of frequency epsilon . In operation the rotors rotate at a speed corresponding to the carrier frequency of the input signals. <IMAGE> |
