In a rolling mill, like hot strip mill, used to roll plates, the title machine is characterized by its control of the erown to the desired value from the initial to final stages by means of predicting the change and distribution of the erown taking place in the roll and controlling entrance of heat and distribution of emitting heat to and from the heater established in the roll.
