Diagnostic compn. of diamino-biphenyl deriv. to be satd. to absorbing porous carrier as a chromogen for diagnosis of physiol. disturbances and diseases were prepd. The compn. contained one of N-methyl-, N, N'-dimethyl, or N,N,N'-trimethyl-o-toluidine as a chromogen to give color under the condition of oxidn. of body fluid or excretion, and hard filter paper was used as a carrier.
