PURPOSE:To suppress an increase of the excitation rush current, by means of setting a closing of the third bank phase modifying equipment to a condition of the final breaking at the side of a first or second bank to finally disconnect the transformer at low power factor. CONSTITUTION:With a secondary side breaker 4 of the transformer disconnected 16 subsequently with a primary side breaker 1, 2 disconnected 18, when the transformer T is separated from the system, according to each condition, ''OFF'' 17 of the secondary side breaker 4, ''ON'' 19 of a breaker 3 for a phase modifying eqipment at the tertiary side, and ''ON'' 20 of a disconnector 5, 6 for a phase modifying equipment at the tertiary side, the breakers 1, 2 at the primary side are disconnected, thereafter, with the breaker 3 for the phase modifying equipment made open by a condition of ''OFF'' 21 of the breaker 1, 2 and ''OFF'' 22 of the breaker 3 for the phase modifying equipment at the tertiary side. And finally by a condition of ''OFF'' 24 of the phase modifying equipment breaker 5, 6 and ''OFF'' 23 of the phase modifying equipment breaker 3, the breaker 5, 6 is made open. |
