<p>PURPOSE:A number sirasu-balloons with cut-off surfaces on the upper side are bonded over the surface of the base sheet to produce said decorative sheet that can be suitably used, for example, as pillars because of their specific design effect with stereoscopic and luxurious appearance similar to metal surface. CONSTITUTION:The surface of base material 1 that made of, e.g., laminate, inorganic boards, or assemblies, is coated with an adhesive of, e.g., vinyl acetate, phenolic resin. Simultaneously a many of sirasu balloon 3 with almost equal particle size are coated on the surface of the base with sprayer 5 and fixed. Then, only the upper parts of sirasu balloons are cut off or ground with drum or paper sander to produce said decorative sheet with a many of sirasu balloon that is partially cut off on the upper part.</p> |
