PURPOSE:To make unnecessary of perparing back-fill material particularly by providing an excavated soil grinding tank part and a mixing tank part in one unit. CONSTITUTION:The device consists of a feed hopper 5 provided with water adding nozzles 10, a grinding tank 3 provided with grinding rolls 6, a mixing tank 4 provided with water adding nozzles 10 and mixing blades 8 and 9 installed in these tanks 3 and 4, grinds massive excavated soil, added water, mixes and prepares to appropriate water content ratio. With this device, massive excavated soil generated in a tunnel excavating scene can be used as the main material of back-fill material and mixing and preparing of material can be carried out continuously on the excavating scene, therefore, particular preparing of back-fill material usually carried out becomes unnecessary. |
