Fabric envelopes for forming dyke walls - has expanding tools for inserting injection hoses for filling ballast

Large format fabric envelopes are connected to each other and filled with sand, mortar or other ballast material, to form an endless cushion sunk barrier for water retaining walls. The fabric envelope (1) hoses are inserted by using a removable expanding tool which maintains an insertion space for the hoses. A hollow cylindrical sleeve (6) has at one end a radially projecting flange (7). Bars are threaded at regular intervals at the filling pocket of this envelope for connection of these injection devices.
