PURPOSE:To manufacture the filters strong against mechanical shock and easy for automatic assembling, by molding two sets of ceramic filters on the printed board in combination, for the ceramic filter of one element type. CONSTITUTION:The input and output electrodes 5a to 5d are formed on one plane of the ceramic boards 4a and 4b, and the ground electrodes 6a and 6b are provided by evaporation and plating so that they are duplicated with the resonant part of the electrodes on other plane. Further, the electrodes 7a to 7d of the printed board 8 and the boards 5a to 5b are connected with the conductive adhesives 11. Further, the part opposing to the resonant part ground electrodes 6a and 6b of the input and output electrode of the boards 4a and 4b is surrounded, the boards 4a and 4b are sticked with adhesive tape or thermal molten resin 12 or coated. Further, the thermally shrink tube 13 is covered to the board 8 and the boards 4a and 4b and sealing is made by heating. Further, the entire unit is molded with the epoxy system resin or porcelain coating agent 14. |
