PURPOSE:To lubrication constituent for roller bearings which makes a sealing apparatus unnecessary after applying the prescribed heating process by heating and solidifying the mixture of polyethylene and lubrication grease. CONSTITUTION:A mixture which contains 1-95 wt.% of polyethylene having an average molecular weight 2X10<3>-4X10<6> and 99-5 wt.% of lubrication grease (for example, lithium soap diester grease, or lithium soap mineral oil grease) is heated at a temperature about 150-200 deg.C and solidified, and the lubrication constituent for roller bearings having an only surface on which oil oozes out is manufactured. |
