Cash register sliding and locking mechanism - prevents slider locking in absence of money tray using ratchet mechanism

A sliding and locking mechanism is used for a cash register. The slides holds a money tray and slides in a frame on rollers and support profiles. The lock can be handled mechanically or electrically and the slider cannot be locked if the money tray is not in position. On each side of the slider frame are arranged two guide rollers with convex contact faces on holders. The side walls of the outside frame have guide a wedge projecting between guide rollers. An opening spring is held on the slider frame. The other end of the spring is connected to a hook and the mechanism preventing slider locking prevents ratcheting of the latch when the money tray is not in position.
