Carton folded from single blank - has separate internal reinforcing wall with ends strengthened by foldable corner flaps

The packing carton is made from a single sheet of cardboard and has a base (1) connected to two sides and two end panels. Corner flaps (2, 3) are folded inwards, to provide reinforcement at the ends. Each panel has a number of slots in the base and along the edges for ventilation. A second reinforcing wall is inserted along the long sides of the box and turns the corners to re-inforce the ends.
